Gorgeous architecture of the hotel, everything is very stylish and eco friendly. Located in a very isolated place, great territory with nice walks and hiking roots. Main restaurant is awesome: food is delicious and the menu is very diverse, great selection. Great spa with professional therapists from Indonesia.

Amazing stay at Alila Jabal Akhdar. The accommodation, the staff, the food, the facilities were all fabulous. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we couldn't have been happier. We booked the Hajar Pavillion dinner for our celebration and it was perfect out on the cliff edge away from everyone else, so special for us. This is a truly fabulous resort with views to die for. It is a luxury resort and the prices reflect that, but it is also a luxury experience and the service, facilities and the ambience are just fantastic. Thank you to Alila and all the staff who made our stay so special.

Astounding all round experience as expected from Alila. Though a special shoutout to Alanoud. She has to be the brightest, most intelligent, and interesting person I hv met in a while. Would have visited even just to experience the activities she was facilitating. Inspiring and impressive. Everyone else was also kind and genuinely wanted to connect and help. I would specially like to mention Julia, Reema, Arif, the yoga teacher I forgot name of, Ibrar, Illiyas, and Ali Akbar. A huge thank you to all the rest of the team as well.

Staying at Alila Jabal Akhdar was truly phenomenal. The tranquil atmosphere is food for the soul, with every aspect of the resort reflecting relaxation, tranquility, and peace. It’s a perfect place to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with both oneself and nature. Staff: From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that made us feel like we were visiting family. The staff created an environment where it felt like we were amongst good friends, which added to the overall charm of our stay. Room and Housekeeping: Our room was absolutely gorgeous, exuding a relaxing, peaceful, and romantic ambiance. I appreciated the sustainable practices, such as the cute pottery bottles filled with shower gel, shampoo, bath salt, body lotion, and conditioner. The attention to detail was evident in the small gestures, like the daily surprises from the housekeeping team—beautifully wrapped gifts in pottery jars that felt like a special touch made with love. Hiking: The hiking experience was wonderful and breathtaking. The staff provided us with an excellent map and clear directions for the route, ensuring we knew what to expect. We were also given thermal bottles filled with ice-cold water to keep us hydrated, along with sun hats for protection from the sun. The hiking route is clearly and perfectly marked out. Pools: The pools are perfectly located, offering stunning views of the mountains. They are beautiful, peaceful, safe, and impeccably clean. We especially enjoyed the smaller pool with its heated water, making it a perfect spot to relax. The resort beautifully utilises the surrounding nature, offering meditation and yoga sessions at sunrise and sunset. At night, we enjoyed stargazing, adding a magical touch to our experience. Overall, Alila Jabal Akhdar exceeded our expectations, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a serene getaway in nature!

Beautiful, welcoming enviroment. The views are mesmerizing. Very friendly staff, they made us feel very special and comfortable. Delicious food! We had a birthday dinner at Cliff Edge and it was perfect. Amazing facilities and a lot of activity possibilities like hiking, masterclasses, mountain bike riding, stargazing. The Via Ferrata was incredible! The guide and his collegue were super friendly and supportive. We enjoyed every single moment at Alila Jabal Akhdar. Thank you!!
